Client Strategist

We are looking for an experienced Client Strategist to take ownership of the overall digital strategy for some of our amazing clients. 

The Client Strategist will be a collaborative problem solver, comfortable discussing multi-channel marketing, who keeps marketing solutions & the client at the centre of their thinking.

You’ll be someone who strives to understand the needs of our clients, and be their voice in the agency.

Salary: £25k-£32k

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice to clients, helping to direct their digital marketing strategy and planning and able to identify larger opportunities to drive client growth
  • Be the face of the agency to the client and build deep, long-lasting relationships with key contacts.
  • Be a confident presenter who can sell in their vision to ensure client strategies are understood by all parties.
  • A natural when it comes to organisation, who can manage & prioritise multiple campaigns, clients & deadlines.
  • Immerse yourself in the client’s industries, business and their competitors to understand the challenges & opportunities and inform the direction to be taken by the client team.
  • To monitor key competitors and flag potential impact on strategy and propositions  
  • Ensure all projects run profitably in-line with forecasts and that costs are in-line with expectations

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience working within a digital agency or within a marketing team client-side.
  • Someone who can see the bigger picture and shape a strategy to get there
  • Strong evidence of building relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • A natural organiser & a great relationship builder
  • The ability to analyse & interpret data to understand how this can be leveraged to influence a client’s strategy
  • A confident presenter
  • Handle & interpret client feedback to effectively manage campaign actions and manage the expectations of a client.
  • Strong communication skills face to face, over the phone or through email and other electronic platforms.
  • Experience of delivering projects on time and to specification
