Delivering match day marketing assets for Hull KR

At the beginning of 2022, we worked closely with Hull KR to bring their branding to life in preparation for the new Super League season. Developing everything from fan guides to social assets and try clip celebrations, we got into the heart-of-the-brand to showcase it across all platforms.

After the initial meetings, we quickly got to grips with KR’s new brand allowing us to hit the ground running with a tight deadline before the new season started.

Developing branded rugby assets

Working through player footage, we created try celebrations using custom animated clips for each player. We refined design templates for new sponsor signage, team sheets and a new logo to make the street food burger bar, launching in the Legends Lounge, stand out. Lastly, we developed branding for the Hull Trains sponsored Race the Train.

Race the train challenge

The Hull Trains sponsored Race the Train is a mid-game challenge where fans have to race the digital train across the LED boards alongside the pitch.

Themed burgers, loaded fries and more!

Street food burger bar

An exciting new concept arrived at the Legends Lounge, Burger Bar which sells themed burgers, loaded fries and more served throughout the season. The bar will be easily recognisable under the branding the 43 Clicks North creative team produced for Hull KR.

Building relationships

Outcome

Hull KR is a local team that the 43 Clicks North team is invested in, after all Hull is an important part of our culture and where our office is based. We attended an initial game of the season as a match day sponsor. The game presented the opportunity to capture footage of the halftime Race the Train challenge and stunning aerial shots of the stadium pre-game.

After working closely with Hull KR throughout the project we’ve established a great relationship that has set the precedent for any future creative work they require going forward.
