Steve Baker joins to head up operations

Steve Baker, former operations director at Epiphany joins the team to head up operations following a successful start to 2021.

After a successful start to the new year we're excited to announce that Steve Baker has joined 43 Clicks North, heading up our operations. Steve will be working closely with our production staff to level up our offering across the board for all clients.

The ex Epiphany Operations Director brings nearly 20 years experience to the team and his wealth of knowledge comes at a pivotol time in our growth curve. 

Here's what Steve had to say:

"I’m very happy to be part of the 43 Clicks North team. Discussions happened swiftly, and I’m really pleased to have got the deal done. Obviously I’ve known Mike Ellis for a number of years and always enjoyed working with him. So when I knew of his interest, I was really keen to progress conversations. The team at 43 Clicks North have been very welcoming, which I thank them for, and look forward to working with them in the coming weeks and months.

Steve is the third of three new hires joining the team this month, joining Epiphany alumi Paul Johnson (Head of Development) and Beu Smith (SEO Lead), who joined last month. We'll also be welcoming our new Creative Lead to the team mid February, which highlights the successes of the team over the past year.

With plenty more roles coming out in the next few months and the arrival of our first 'real' home around April time, I'm excited to see what 2021 brings for the whole 43 Clicks North team.
